H2S scavenger design - Triazamine does it form solids on recycle?

We are designing an H2S scavenger process in Haynesville shale, LA. Plan to recycle liquid 50%wt triazamine solution through 36" packed absorber at 1100 psig, 80 degF until H2S breakthrough as solution becomes increasingly spent. Process same as typical TEG unit except will swap to second liquid triazine tank (100 bbl) when H2S starts to breakthrough in process gas. One chemical company says design will fail due to formation of solids as solution becomes spent. Another chemical company says no problem. Anybody have any experience with this design? Contacting the gas (40 ppmv H2S) with the liquid triazine will provide excellent gas / liquid contact, the problem is the recycle of the liquid from the suction tank into the tower in cycle until changing liquid tanks? Steve Jones, 970-769-4983, must know soon, about to start. 7-25-09

The following reply is from Mike Sheilan a JMC instructor & Consultant.

"To my understanding, the spent scavengers that I have seen used in Canada contain the known components of triazine, bis-dithiazine, dithiazine, methanol, MEA and water. These are readily water soluble and I don't believe that plugging will be an issue. Most  towers I know of are simply liquid filled vessels with a sparging tube for gas in teh bottom. I suppose a packed tower should provide excellent contact, so they should get max usage of chemical.

I say, if one of the vendors says this will not be a problem, then you buy your product from them.
    Mike"
